The U.S.-Mexico Border Philanthropy Partnership (BPP) is a membership organization that brings individuals and institutions, committed to improving quality of life for the border, together in a community of learning, collaboration and leadership. The BPP is based on a core belief that the increased capacity and connectivity of our region's philanthropic and nonprofit organizations equates to strengthened leadership, collaboration and greater resources (financial and human) to address the complex issues faced by border communities. As a membership organization, we provide the services, products and opportunities to enhance the capacity and impact of border-serving nonprofit organizations so that they can better achieve their respective missions. Our mission is to strengthen and grow community philanthropy in the US-Mexico border region. BPP members share a vision that quality of life for border residents can be measurably improved through: Collaboration and leadership on cross-border issues Mobilization of effective philanthropic resources to address border issues Strengthened philanthropic capacity to further the long-term development of border communities
